communicating effectively and providing team members and LEAs the support and resources
necessary for the successful attainment of the ESCs values, vision, mission,
strategies, and goals.

day-to-day desktop support for ESC Region 15 staff. This is a part-time
position with flexible hours up to 30 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity to gain

- Content Knowledge and Understanding: Exhibit deep knowledge specific to installation, testing,
and oversight of all network and server hardware, software, and related
equipment. Stay current and up-to-date
on the latest information security technologies and regulatory environments.
- Network Services: Provide ESC Region 15 staff support and assistance with network
related needs. Ensure the provision of comprehensive, integrated, reliable,
high-quality services in areas such as: local area networking, secure network
facilities and infrastructure, Internet access, high-performance networking,
network security, remote access to ESC Region 15 IT services are available,
maintained and monitored.
- Partnership, Support and Training: Deliver and facilitate technical
assistance and support on a day to day basis for all LEAs and stakeholders
served; including but not limited to:
Culture & Growth:
Contribute to maintaining and improving the culture of the ESC through
customer service, respect for confidentiality, displaying self-initiative,
and modeling a growth mindset through self-reflection and feedback
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Guidance that builds a shared understanding of responsibilities,
duties and requirements of technical and compliance operations.
- Support to ensure the provision of comprehensive, integrated,
reliable, high-quality services in areas such as: local area networking,
secure network facilities and infrastructure, Internet access,
high-performance networking, network security, remote access to ESC
Region 15 IT services are available, maintained and monitored.
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support and
- Provide technical support for ESC
Region 15 staff including but not limited to the following:
- Microsoft Office
- Google Apps
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Assist in onboarding of new staff.
- Assist in maintaining technology inventory.
- Assist in creating technical
solutions for various procedures.

- Basic understanding
of computer hardware and software
